If you would like us to notify someone of your memorial or honorary donation, please enter the name and address, including zip code of who to notify and also include the person or pet being honored or memorialized. Once you have entered your donation amount and credit card information, you will be asked to submit your donation or "order." After pressing submit, you will then be able to review your donation before it is officially processed. You will then see a text box at top that says "Special Instructions to Seller." This is where you should enter all the necessary information so we can notify the proper person(s).
